I am just an enthusiast of community programs and do not know how to code. I use community programs mostly for personal and family knowledge bases, and I do not open registration. I have played around with Discuz, vBulletin, and XenForo over about 10 years. The first time I encountered Discourse was in December 2025, and I migrated from XenForo without hesitation.
