I have been installing the Discourse forum for about a week, why did it take so long? Because I never received an email reply when registering the administrator account. At this point, I followed the instructions given in the official documentation to troubleshoot, and I even suspected that the cloud server provider had closed port 587, but after consulting the provider, they neither closed nor blocked it. Therefore, I did the following two things and got it resolved. Change Domain Name I applied for a brand new domain name, but unfortunately, this did not solve the problem of not receiving email replies.
