Alguns resultados de teste:

E retorna uma lista completa de eventos com nível de usuário “all users”. Não vejo nenhuma forma de “filtrar” eventos de um grupo de usuários específico.
Também verifiquei https:[xxxx]/admin/plugins/discourse-events/settings em busca de configurações relacionadas à API que pudessem estar incorretas, sem resultados.

Todas as pessoas dentro de um grupo específico da Comunidade devem ser capazes de criar eventos. E também vê-los quando acessam a categoria “dele/dela” da comunidade. Isso já funciona bem em nossa configuração atual com 5 comunidades diferentes. Usamos as seguintes permissões de categoria:

Eu sei que existe Warn admins/tl4 when replying to closed topics, mas não tenho certeza se é possível estendê-lo para suportar categorias inteiras.
\nVocê quer que os administradores vejam essa categoria de alguma forma? Se você quiser que eles vejam apenas as categorias às quais têm acesso, a configuração do site suppress_secured_categories_from_admins pode ser uma solução para você.
Para mim, funciona bem no Chrome, Edge e Firefox, mas não funcionou no navegador da Samsung. Tentei ver se habilitar “Instalar aplicativos desconhecidos” para o navegador da Samsung ajudava, o que foi mencionado aqui, mas não adiantou. Eu não esperava que isso ajudasse, pois o erro não era “aplicativo inseguro bloqueado” e os outros navegadores não precisam que isso esteja habilitado, mas tentei assim mesmo.

Você não pode atualizar os plugins incluídos no núcleo separadamente do núcleo, portanto, eles não aparecerão lá.
