Safari doesn’t support input type=time. Instead, it reverts to displaying a text input. The input is expected to be in the form of hh:mm:ss, in a 24 hour format: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/input/time
I’m not sure what Discourse should do to handle time inputs on Safari.
