Using separate VPS potentially offers greater flexibility to multi container but more RAM use than multisite?
But if you have one big server at your disposal multicontainer might be advantageous?
Presumably very optimal large scale implementation might involve k8 or some kind of ultra scale container tech?
But for medium scale where low cost is priority and sites are very homogenous with identical selection of plugins, multisite is the way to go?
