Email submission wiped the message body

Does feel a bit like the Support category, we generally designed the reply via email feature for top posting.

If so, maybe you should add a mention in the footer email to advise to user to reply via top posting. Actually I use discourse for years using email and down posting and this buggy behaviors was new for me.
