I think the first recourse, if this was a web-based update, would be a command line upgrade - ssh to your host and do
cd /var/discourse
git pull
./launcher rebuild app
(Presuming your config is called app.yml)
Edit: except, it looks like /opt/bitnami/discourse is more likely to be the location of your installation. It’s differences like this which lead to the “unsupported-install” tag and the advice to get in touch with your supplier.
