Is it possible to use some of these AI features for free? Otherwise how to control the cost please? Is there a way to give access to AI features only to selected people (cherry picking) ? How can I re-invoice them for the cost? Have you a solution to share ?

Most platforms don’t provide completely free access, but you can manage costs by setting usage limits or rate caps. If you want specific people to use the AI features, you can restrict access based on roles and keep an eye on usage through logs. For re-invoicing, many teams track how much each key uses and then bill it back internally or to clients at the end of the month.
