Thanks for your follow up. I just forgot to add my internal IP to allowed internal hosts.
After that, I executed the job via rails console again:
Jobs::SentimentBackfill.new.execute({})
But it is still missing the complete backfill 
Our forum and community has been in development (and still is) for a few years, so we really need to understand our historically dynamics.
Is this feasible without introducing issues?
