I think it mostly disappears on discovery routes like: homepage, /latest etc. It happens on user pages too. From header avatar and user menu too. After page reload.
After this if you navigate a topic it will appears on topic posts and everywhere comes back.
I think it seems like this isn’t available from those routes correctly.
