LLM can be slow, so the post containing NSFW images may be visible for several seconds before it is flagged and hidden.
I wonder if NSFW detection can be done after the user uploads image(s) and before post submission?
Even if users has to wait for triage to finish before they can submit the post. In some scenario, this is acceptable.
