I just did the CLI rebuild successfully.

Our ruby version is 3.0.2p107 (2021-07-07 revision 0db68f0233) [x86_64-linux-gnu]
What are the steps to upgrade this before April 2025? I read somewhere else that the ruby version might be included with Discourse and thus might update when necessary during a Discourse update.
