I think I may be missing something obvious, but many of my users are only wanting one daily digest/summary email. They are still receiving emails on every.single.email. and response (some users want this). For the users who only one one email per day, what am I missing with these settings?: [Screenshot 2024-11-21 at 1.43.15 PM]

I am not sure I understand correctly. The heading says daily digest not working. Do users who want a daily activity summary receive one? (They will only receive it when they do not visit the forum) [image] Bobbi: They are still receiving emails on every single email and response Are those from topics that they watch or are mentioned? Then the setting you are looking for is the “Email me when I am quoted, …”. If the emails notify about personal messages, it’s the one above. Both are set to send an email as long as you aren’t online. I think those who don’t want more than the activity summary want to set both to “never”.

There is a plugin, which I haven’t tried. Restore Mailing List Mode Daily Summary And some feature topics in which you might be interested (adding your use case and vote): Email digest of all activity during the day whether seen or not Option to always receive Activity Summaries even when you've been on the forum Only send daily email summaries, not for every reply when away

is there a way to receive a daily digest that summarizes all of the posts? Regardless, if you login or not?
