Failed AI background jobs won’t affect your site load speed. That said you may as well disable both the sentiment and the embeddings modules in the AI plugin since you don’t have functional backend for those.
As for the main question in the OP, slow page loading times, you need to enable mini profiler as @Ed_S suggested.
