Because no one tells you what the locale is, I can give you one example.
Default is fi. Mine is same, and I have Update Discourse in the menu. Then I tried change my own to English (UK) and English (US) and I still had that Update Discourse there. I’m on quite fresh version, because I did ./launcher rebuild app on Tuesday.
