I needed to change the SMTP password, so I followed the instructions at How to modify email settings

When I do the .launcher/rebuild/app, I get a loop of the following:

x86_64 arch detected.
Ensuring launcher is up to date
Fetching origin
Updating Launcher...
Updating 3715498..072c526
error: Your local changes to the following files would be overwritten by merge:
        templates/import/phpbb3.template.yml
Please commit your changes or stash them before you merge.
Aborting
failed to update
Launcher updated, restarting...

I found Rebuild goes into a loop, which is very similar, but not the same.

I must admit that other than doing upgrades when informed of them, I haven’t touched this since installing it a year ago. Any help would be appreciated.

Wat als je het probeert met

./launcher stop app

en daarna

./launcher start app

? Ik meen me te herinneren dat je geen volledige herbouw nodig hebt als je alleen de SMTP-gegevens aanpast.

Zou dat werken?

Goed idee, maar het werkte niet. Het gebruikte nog steeds de oude SMTP-gegevens.

Mijn fout! Het is ./launcher destroy app, niet ./launcher stop app. Kun je dat eens proberen?

Dat werkte, maar ik heb het gevoel dat ik dit probleem alleen maar vooruitschuif totdat ik het op een later tijdstip opnieuw moet bouwen.
