It is not a SiteSetting anymore, but a property on the Persona used for the summarization. By default, it will be at /admin/plugins/discourse-ai/ai-personas/-11/edit if you haven’t changed the Persona who handles summarization yet.

That is now controlled by the persona that backs the feature, so you edit the summarizing persona allowed groups.

Thank you for your response. I am not seeing a setting called summarization persona allowed groups. Is it named something else?
