Do you know if there are plans to signpost the individual review item pages more clearly from the review queue page in some way? Adding something along the lines of a ‘View review’ link perhaps?

This is one of the UX issues we have identified with the current review queue, and will be remedied in the UI refresh that we’re working on at the moment. This is still very much a work in progress.
