I just created an automation and tested it. According to the admin interface it’s run twice, but the results are not showing on the site. Type: Auto Tag Topic Trigger: Post created Topic Type: All Topics Categories defined (tests posted in defined categories) Valid tag defined (it’s part of a tag group if that matters) Nothing else selected. Made 2 new topics but they don’t show the tag, and when I check the tag it says zero posts are using it.

I was being dumb. The tag I was trying to set was in a group that had been set to only be allowed to be used in X categories, and where I was using it was not part of X.

Can you take a screenshot of your whole automation configuration please?

Sure, here you go. [The image shows a configuration screen for an 'Apple tag trigger' system with options for selection, triggering of posts created or edited, by topic and categories, and tags.
