This PR cleans up some of the code to remove `tiny` and `medium` as options as t…hey did not do anything to the avatar size. In core, these options are the same as "small" and "large" https://github.com/discourse/discourse/blob/c671cfff84fdd54468b03b29907feb7f11af6645/app/assets/javascripts/discourse/app/lib/avatar-utils.js#L8-L24 It also allows the component to work with recent additions to the topic-avatar-size variable.

The options for tiny, and medium are now unnecessary so I have removed them.
