I have configured my MaxMind license key and account ID in 3 places: ~/.bashrc, /config/discourse.conf and discourse.service (Systemd). But, it still not to query the location of IPs, but their organizations can be displayed. Like this: [image] IP Address query Location (Unknown) Organization NETLAB-SDN When I exec rake assets:precompile, it actually downloaded some database files and did not print those warnings like unavailable or missing MaxMind license key and account ID. I do not know why it occured.

I set my MaxMind account’s country to China, when downloading City.mmdb, it will return the following content: Downloads of this database from CN are forbidden due to US bulk sensitive data transfer rules I manually downloaded it here.

IP location still remains unknown when MaxMind license key configured
