Nesecito ayuda para eliminar las categorias por defectos

Similar instructions: Find the chat channel that is connected to the category you want to delete. For our default categories, example “general”, the chat channel is named the same. Go into the channel settings: [CleanShot 2025-10-04 at 17.03.05@2x] And delete the channel [CleanShot 2025-10-04 at 17.01.45@2x]

Hello, As an admin, you can go into the category settings [CleanShot 2025-10-04 at 15.50.09@2x] And then scroll down to find the delete action: [CleanShot 2025-10-04 at 15.50.34@2x] This works for any category, including the default ones. (If you have chat enabled, you also need to first delete and chat channels that belong to this category. If the category has topics, you need to delete all of those too, or move them) Can I ask what the usecase is for wanting to delete these categories? If you don’t like their name or icon, you could also just change that.

Buenas amigo me sale asi No se puede eliminar esta categoría porque tiene canales de chat.

Si lo soy amigo, pero ya renombre todo eso

I have no idea why those options arent available. Can you show a screenshot? Does the rest of the page look the same?
