Ensures the plugin outlet `after-chat-channel-username` is available in group ch…ats, similar to individual chats. ### Context Request initiated in https://meta.discourse.org/t/add-plugin-outlet-for-group-chats-similar-to-after-chat-channel-username/387275. ### Changes * removed the wrapper if-clause `showPluginOutlet` around the plugin outlet `after-chat-channel-username` * passed `outletArgs={{hash user...}}` only within the individual chat context
