Hi. This plugin will not affect the user experience in any way. The main language setting is taken from the Discourse settings. You can also specify alternative languages in the admin section if the forum is multilingual. Yes, feel free to use it, it won’t cause any problems. The translation is only used to manage the plugin in the admin section. If you understand English or Russian, you will be able to manage it.
