Livestream plugin does not seem to work well with Horizon

This should be fixed since

Horizon needed some tweaks to show the livestream chat area. * Changed the grid …column layout when livestream is active * Styled the live stream chat area - Note: Making this area have rounded corners at the bottom is a lot harder than it would seem, due to our hacky implementation for the main outlet. Opting to leave this as-is. * Changed how the right-side gap is provided; changing from using the grid gap to padding.
