New users posting too quickly will trigger a review process, which is normal.
However, after clicking “OK,” it keeps showing “Saving,” and there are posts in both draft and pending sections.
Any JS errors in your browser’s console when that happens?

The network and console are working fine, and it was working normally before. The issue arose after I changed the email address in app.yml and disabled summary emails for each user on the website. All users stopped receiving emails summarizing trending topics and other content from the website.
