A while ago, the description of the ux category was updated. In English, this update in the topic about the category is also reflected in the #category-banner. Both texts are identical, indicating that the new text in the description topic also updated the place the banner refers to in order to show the description.
In German, this is different. The translation of the topic was updated as expected:
But the place the category banner takes the data from still contains the deprecated description:
I think this should be updated automatically when the translation of the about topic is updated.
