I’m trying to add and verify my Discourse forum, which is hosted on a subdomain (e.g., mysite.discourse.group), in Google Search Console.
I’m a bit confused about the correct way to do this and would appreciate guidance from the community.

Have you tried this guide?
Thank you for guidelines
but Sir i have not my own domain site i’m using username.discourse.group subdomain
so i have not find any option TXT Record Or DNS on my dashboard
I don’t understand why method 1 doesn’t work in this case. Why can’t you paste the text provided by Google into the site setting?
Just a quick note: I’m not a “Sir”.
When gender isn’t known, it’s usually better to avoid gendered terms or just use the username. Defaulting to “Sir” can come across as assuming everyone here is male, which ties into a broader pattern of women being overlooked in tech spaces.
