There is a hidden site setting use_legacy_pageviews. I wonder if that is enabled on your forum. Lilly could enable that on her forum to check. My hosted forum shows the site traffic report just like hers

can confirm that the hidden setting SiteSetting.use_legacy_pageviews is enabled on your site. when i set it to true on my site, the Site Traffic Report disappears:
