I want to nest my group links under ‘Groups’ as a collapsible parent item, so the sidebar shows just ‘Groups’ by default and expands to show Arch, Debian, Fedora, and "All Groups: at the end on click/hover instead of listing them all flat. Is there a plugin or theme component I can achieve this with? [image] Edit: In the meantime, going to try this: [image] Would like it to be collapsed by default to save space.

Solved by using Discourse’s built-in add custom section: [image] Thanks!

Not possible atm, and I don’t believe there is theme component/plugin that does this. There is Discourse Indented Subcategories, but those don’t collapse afaik. If you really want it, you’ll have to make your own or post in #marketplace if you have a budget for it.

Thanks. So I just tried discourse-collapsed-sidebar-sections-by-default but it does not fire (nothing changes/no collapse). (tested as guest with incognito and logged in with test account). Trying to troubleshoot that. Thanks for follow up, noted on options.

Ooh I had misunderstood your question. Glad you got it sorted regardless!
