Hi there, has the user tried logging out then in again? Or clearing his cache? Perhaps that could help.

Maybe ask them to check https://www.foodtalkcentral.com/my/notifications/responses ? are the notifications they were expecting to get listed there? Safe to assume that your account and others aren’t having the problem? If they right click and visit the inspector in their browser, do they see any err…

If you are updating via the UI, perhaps you should try doing so via the comamnd-line: cd /var/discourse ./launcher rebuild app That tends to be more consistent than the Admin UI at times.
