Well I had no clue about this DB upgrade and space requirements, ran out of space by 12GB error message on postgres message initially, the app would not restart. Cleaned up the drive managed to free up about 6Gb, ran it again, still no luck.
I didn’t mess around, and reverted to backup restore.
