To recap, some people find this too long inline, if I want to say “check out our Customization > Theme component category” it would be nicer is that was just “theme component” without the parent

the card proposal is to provide a bunch of category info on click, like we do for users, so we could use just the subcategory inline

I think a tooltip (with delayed hover) to show the full path would suffice here too. Yes, it doesn’t apply on mobile – okay with that trade-off.
