Since Nginx 1.9.5, we can increase speed by enabling HTTP/2 for SSL, adding “http2” to the listen directives. For the previous example:
listen 127.0.0.10:443 ssl http2;
(…)
listen 127.0.0.10:443 default_server ssl http2;
