Their services are good but hardware failures are common (particularly hard drives). If one has a robust backup policy in place then their services are really worth the money.

Yup, we just had [http://a.weirder.earth](http://a.weirder.earth) shut down due to no backups and Scaleway acted really shady about it (basically, refused to admit they lost the machine).
Backup upload to S3 or regularly downloading them is highly recommended.
