# 2026.7.3 (ESR) - QUnit test runner fails to load dependencies (webui)

Hello,

On a fresh Discourse dev instance, running tests for plugins depending on other plugins fails.

Repro:

1. create a fresh dev container : `sudo d/boot_dev --init`, complete setup
2. access [http://localhost:3000/tests?target=discourse-calendar](http://localhost:3000/tests?target=discourse-calendar)
3. blank page with error console error: `Uncaught (in promise) Error: TypeError: The specifier “discourse/plugins/styleguide?” was a bare specifier, but was not remapped to anything. Relative module specifiers must start with “./”, “../” or “/”.`
