Olá,
Em uma nova instância de desenvolvimento do Discourse, a execução de testes para plugins que dependem de outros plugins falha.
Reprodução:
Crie um novo container de desenvolvimento: sudo d/boot_dev --init, conclua a configuração
Acesse http://localhost:3000/tests?target=discourse-calendar
Página em branco com erro no console: Uncaught (in promise) Error: TypeError: The specifier “discourse/plugins/styleguide?” was a bare specifier, but was not remapped to anything. Relative module specifiers must start with “./”, “../” or “/”.

Obrigado pelo relatório. Consigo reproduzir o problema no Firefox e já enviei uma correção. Assim que for mesclada, tudo deve voltar a funcionar.

Firefox ignores an import map once any module has started loading, so plugin tes… t pages failed to boot there with `The specifier "discourse/plugins/styleguide?" was a bare specifier, but was not remapped to anything`.
This change renders `layouts/plugin_js` ahead of those scripts, which matches the order in `application.html.erb`, so plugin JS tests run in Firefox again.
