The `Other accounts with this IP address` counter is showing in red when 0

I noticed the counter for users with the same IP address turned red a couple of weeks ago:

I think it came from this commit by Kris @awesomerobot

Could I make a small recommendation / change request please?

The counter probably doesn’t need to be red if it’s a 0, maybe only colour it in red if >0
