The icon "clock" is missing from the default SVG subset

The icon is used for the date in the GitHub PR onebox.

It can be fixed easily by adding clock to the SVG icon subset setting.
However, since this is a part of the core, I think it should be available by default.

Sounds reasonable to me. Would you like to make a PR for that @Arkshine? Otherwise we’ll take care of it :eyes:

It is weird that it works fine here on Meta. Perhaps some other plugin is registering the clock icon
