This is very similar to Links in category banners now show in black - #8 by bryce

Tags in a banner with white text are difficult to read

It works with black text while using a light colour palette

But not with a dark one

And there is a similar problem with categories

It would also be nice if the colour of the category badge and the tag style matched the appearance in other places like the topic list.

ここメタでも、タグにアイコンを追加するために Tag Icons を使用しており、例えば official fixed completed のように、どこでも簡単に識別できるようにしています。これらのタグも正しく表示されていません。
