# 404 when \[image\] is clicked in linked post excerpt

I recently linked to [this post](https://critcola.com/community/t/crit-colas-growth-continues/256/2) in a separate topic on our website. The post’s excerpt appeared just as you’d expect.

When “[image]” from the excerpt is clicked, it returns a 404, but if you were to open that link in a new tab/window or simply refresh the page, the image loads fine.
