# 502 Error when uploading backup

I am moving to amazon light sail due to digitalocean’s reputation as a spammer’s service, but when I upload the backup, I get a 502 nginx error.
I have created port 443 firewall exceptions, on both tcp and udp.
Any suggestions?

DO is not a spammer, it’s the people using their service. I have never had any issues with DO and I have 3 droplets with them.

Excuse my wording, I meant a spammer’s service. They have no restrictions whatsoever.
It makes mail deliverability difficult.
