# 关于IP查找功能的一项说明

自从我们开始采用 Discourse 以来，我逐渐发现了所有可供员工使用的工具。

今天下午，我正在为一名感觉“奇怪”的用户检查 IP 地址查找，以确保不是我们的一些老用户在开玩笑，假装成别人来取乐。

令我惊讶的是，IP 地址查找显示了另外 15 个使用该 IP 地址的账户，尽管这些账户绝对不是共享的。

让我思考的是，由于我们才刚开始使用 Discourse 几天，这些数据必须是新的，而且不能引用一些巧合之下 IP 地址可能被重复使用的非常旧的条目。

这里有人能解释一下为什么会发生这种情况吗？这使得该功能基本上毫无用处，因为它会给出错误的阳性结果。
