我非常喜欢新的工作流——这绝对是一个重大变革，而且还可以与 n8n 等服务配合使用。

我发现经常遇到速率限制——该如何更改这一设置？  
另外，不知为何，我发现它有时会突然停止运行，唯一的解决办法是通过“即将推出的更改”选项关闭该功能，然后再重新开启。

大家有什么看法吗？
