# A question on user filters in a topic

Hi, I have a question on filtering users within a topic. I’m on a forum where there is a pretty troublesome poster and I noticed that when I am in a topic I can click on the users in that topic and filter to just those users that I click on.

The question I have is what would it take to reverse that logic, i.e. clicking on a user filters their content out instead of in?

Would that require a code change?

There is no such support for this at the current time. Search for mute or ignore for many previous discussions on the matter.
