I am thinking through the JS API at the moment, but regardless you will always be able to access data in data explorer cause it will be in a table. (user id, artifact id, artifact version, key, value, public (bool) )
Let me sit on this for a bit cause I have a big bunch of questions I am answering in my head.
- public space for anon? yes or no? what are the limits
- admin access to everything via artifact?
- public vs private info (eg: polls)
