# Ability for admin to completely hide a category and its topics?

Yeah, this is what we are doing but it then creates [an odd situation where our /about page](https://meta.discourse.org/t/show-real-names-on-about-page-and-enable-hiding-of-users/25135) is not accurate and we do not have a good record of who is logging in and doing what as admin.
