# 允许工作人员对特定用户应用每个主题的超时设置

暂停用户将导致其在一段时间内被禁止参与整个社区。而我提出的方案，只是将用户在特定主题下暂停一段时间。

关闭主题和设置慢速模式，正是我所指的“不公平措施”。为什么仅仅因为两三个人状态不佳或未能理解主题目的，就要禁止整个社区发帖呢？
