# About Badges

Hello, I would like to change the badges. Can we set them up to be given to featured individuals in specific categories? For example, a separate badge for reaching a certain number of posts in the “News” category, and a different badge for the “Dev” category. Are there any plugins/API related to badges?

That is supported via custom badges.
