监控私信（PM）很棒，但它们的聊天（Chats）呢？有没有一种方法可以在不冒充代理（agents）的情况下阅读这些聊天记录？

我们社区的新用户不会使用私信，而是使用聊天功能，我们的助手将与他们进行聊天。管理员和版主应该能够定期监控这些对话，而无需参与其中。

计划是允许简单的反馈和欢迎，以免琐碎的回复让工作人员不堪重负。
